Hello all,

We are seeing improvements as our team was able to create and observe existing templates as well.
We will continue to observe the situation to ensure the issue is fully resolved.

We are currently investigating an issue where existing form templates are not visible, and new form templates cannot be created within Custom Events in the Production environments (UK, EU, ANZ).

Users may encounter errors such as “Forbidden” when attempting to access or create form templates.

Our engineering team is actively working to identify the root cause and implement a fix. We will provide further updates as soon as more information is available.
