Identified - Dear Users and Customers,

We are experiencing difficulties with our mail exchange servers.
These difficulties are identified and it is being worked on a resolution with high pressure.
This affects the instances i13; i20, i21, i30, i29, i37, i42, i49 and i51.

The queue of outgoing e-mails is accordingly high, all pending e-mails are being processed.
This may cause delays in e-mail delivery.

Resolved - Dear users,

We now can confirm that this issue has been resovled by our back office and functionality should work as normal again.
The issue was by a problem with the network routing in one of our data center we use.

Please contact us via your known support channel if still have the same for your project so we can start a project specific investigation for this issue.

Our Desktop Application is currently being affected by a core performance issue.
At this moment it's not possible to Add uers from our Global User Management system.
We’re working to fix the problem as quickly as we can. We’ll share another update shortly.

We would like to inform you about a upcoming possible service outage during our general maintenance window. (Every Tuesday and Thursday between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m CET)

On Tuesday 14th June 2022 our login Service might not be available as usual, due to necessary maintenance in the background. A login during this time might not be possible due to this.
